Eat a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich instead of a Burger

Did you know that Livestock creates a sizeable portion of all of the greenhouse gas emissions? According to the United Nations, the amount is 18%. So maybe that Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich you have been packing your kids for lunch, you should be packing for yourself as well. If you compare a PB & J with a burger, you can save as much as 280 gallons of water, 2.4 pounds of carbon dioxide, and up to 50 square feet of land.
